In contrast to Ballet, Contemporary/Modern dancers often use their body weight to enhance each movement rather than striving to be light and airy on their feet. Concentrating on the basic human movement techniques of contraction and release, this class offers floor and center warm ups, choreographed combinations, as well as individual and group Improvisation.
